At first I thought they were just another house flipping company reluctant to use them for my principle residence; but as it turned out, they were a Godsend. As an elderly couple moving 4 hours away, the thought of buying one home that needed work and selling another that needed work was extremely stressful and overwhelming. Action Home Buyers functioned as a house selling/buying concierge service, completely managing every aspect of the prep and sale of my home. They told me what I would get for my house, I was happy with the figure, thought it to be fair, as it was very close to what I would have cleared if I had managed the process myself. That figure that is EXACTLY what I got. Once we moved out, they took care of everything, and I mean everything!! This allowed me to focus on my new home, the sale of the previous home being stress free. John was great at explaining their process and Chris, who was my contact, was extremely easy to work with. He kept me informed of what they were doing, and they did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend using their company if having a stress free move is important to you. I would most definitely use their services again, as it turned out to be a win/win for all!!
