My wife and I have known Steve Kitgaard since 1999 and have used him (and Lisa) exclusively as our realtors until a recent move out of state. Including my parents home, they have helped us buy or sell six houses, and advised friends as well.We have felt completely confident in their professional judgement and have enjoyed being able to call them friends. Finding competent professionals who are also great people is a rarity.Buying and selling houses is stressful, but has been made much less so by a trustworthy team who have always had our best interests at heart. We purchased our new home and sold former home using Access Home Group. Lisa and Stephen were outstanding!!Lisa had excellent suggestions that made our house sell very quickly. Stephen negotiated our new purchase which included foundation issues with ease. Their support team kept us informed during each step of the transactions.

AHG provided valuable support for selling our duplex used for rental purposes. Shannon Frost and her assistant Kristy Randall are knowledgeable and helped in selling a property in a very slow market. Shannon provided very good advise in various situations appeared during the sale process. Maybe, she exaggerated a bit in advising us to accept a long list of improvements requested by the buyers inspector. The house was built in 2001 and since then the code changed many times. We were asked to implement changes that were not part of the initial code. The house was sold three times without this requirement to implement all the changes of the code.

Lisa Allen was a great realtor. She and her team helped us get our house ready, professionally photographed, listed, and held an open house in a record 3 days. We had multiple offers within 2 days and sold it for our asking price, which Keller Williams had estimated higher than we expected. They also helped us with the house wed found to purchase, staying on top of the builder to get the 2-yr old model in good shape, including a new roof! I would highly recommend anyone work with this wonderful team!
