Abby is highly competent and has all the ingredients that make for an excellent real estate agent. She understands the current market from a broad perspective, which allows her to provide timely and accurate insights to the buyer and/or seller. Shes also acutely aware of all the little things that need to happen during the buy/sell process. She doesnt get overwhelmed but just pushes through at a fast pace. Abbys best attribute is negotiating. Im supremely confident in her ability to communicate with other agents/potential buyers in a way that gets me the best possible deal. Shes not afraid to ask for things and not afraid to say no to things.

She is amazing! Helped us wonderfully through a difficult sell! We had a lot of fixes to do to the house and a lot of timeline changes that required a lot of amendments and navigating that would have been so stressful if it was just us but she kept us on track and sent us everything we needed to sign and we got it done! We were able to sign for our sell and buy (both through Abby) on the same morning! Just perfect! She even helped get us a lease back so we could have the weekend to move out of the old and into the new and everything was effortless on our part! 10/10 would recommend and she will forever be our go to agent. Everyone needs a realtor. I dont care how savvy you think you are-just get one. Buying, selling and yes, even building! For crying out loud (because you will, I promise, without a realtor) get one if you are building!!!!And the realtor you want is Abby!!! She knows the things you never knew you needed to know. Shes watching things like a hawk. She is handing all the things before they need to be handled, asking the questions you didnt think to ask but when you do, she has already done it. She stages your home for selling, prices it just right, hits the markets at the right times, negotiates so well. You can trust her. If she tells you what to sell or buy for, just do it. She knows what she is going. And building....woman is fire when building. This last build liked to have been the death of us...but Abby. Shes a rockstar.
