I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Colette on one of our recent move ins, and she was PHENOMENAL! She was always pleasant when we spoke over the phone. She seemed to care a lot about what her prospect wanted and needed in their new apartment. She followed up with me every step of the way to be sure the move in flowed smoothly. She asked questions on behalf of the resident, since he was a little nervous about moving, and he had never gotten an apartment in Texas before.
