All realtors in the DFW, Austin and Houston areas, this is the best brokerage to call home. The fees are very minimal and the transaction fees very low. Our broker Mohammed is simply the best! He is not here to get rich, but to help us achieve our financial goals, that is why he charges the lowest transaction fees I have ever seen. He is readily available to call, text or email even when outside the country. He is readily available to help whenever you have a question on any issues. We use BrokerSumo to upload our transactions and its very simple and user friendly. Plead come join us we grow this company and grow our financial goals too!!

I worked with Mohammed as my realtor and all I can say is that he is a phenomenal realtor, he is easy going and is willing to show houses whenever it was convenient for me, what I really liked about Mohammed is the fact that he was not pushy or just wanted to make a sale happenI felt like he was looking out for my best interest,He would give me the best advice and was very knowledgeable of the housing market, on top of all these good services he rebate part of his commission towards the closing cost! Which helped a lot!!I definitely recommend him and I keep referring him to every friend of mine!

The agent is very knowledgeable of the real market and gave us lots of great advices and their 50/50 split concept helped me save 8k of commission I would have paid of I had hired any other real estate agent. We really had a wonderful experience with 50/50 Realtor. Unlike many Realtors out there, their Realtor went out of his way to show us as many houses as we needed. Never complained nor made sarcastic comments! Plus, 50/50 Realtor generously shared 50% of their COMMISION WITH US! Thats just unbelievable!! Good customer service + CASH BACK!! Were so blessed to have used them as our realtor. We Highly recommend 50/50 Realtor to anyone!! what really struck us the most is their honesty. they could have just not disclosed to us that we are entitled to a rebate and we would have never known since we had not been on their website before. If all Realtors were like them Home Buyers would have saved lots of money.

I have worked with 50/50 Realtor buying my first home.As first home buyer there are so many things you dont know. The agent was there for me explaining what I asked to know. He was showing me the properties when I want. In addition to that he shared 50% of his payment. As a result I got 1% of the house price on the closing time.
