    I tried working with a few other realtors but none took the time to ask my needs or wants and it took time to get them to respond to my texts because they were busy. I almost gave up but then I found Henry Garcia, thanks to my boyfriends help. Henry took the time to sit and ask in depth questions and was ready to show us what was on the market. He spent the day with us with no rush as we comfortably looked to find our new home. We eventually did and he explained how the whole process would be. He was there in every step answering questions and following up with the builders weekly. He made the process easy and enjoyable!     Henry is the best! I canā€™t speak highly enough of him as our real estate agent. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole house buying process; he cared about my husband and me getting out of his way to help us find a house that checked all of our boxes; he understood our needs from the beginning. Not just that, he was always available to answer our questions and extremely quick on scheduling the house showings we asked. Henry explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from making the offer to working with the mortgage lender, title company, inspections - this made it really easy to move into San Antonio; we found our dream home and completed the entire process in a month! Also, Henry made sure that we stayed on top of things we needed to get complete and watch out for even after signing and moving in.     My wife and i both were first time home buyers and overwhelmed by the entire homebuying process, both having zero homebuying and mortgage lending experience.     The short: Henry is professional, personable, accommodating, and responsive. A pleasure to work with.The long: I was referred to Henry through a close friend when I started searching for a house. I had high expectations because I value my friends opinion, but Henry was able to meet and exceed them. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and he always communicated in a clear manner. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and with as much information as he could gather. Feedback I provided was immediately used to refine future searches and home visits. Even during heavy rain days he was willing to schedule and meet up for home visits. Scheduling visits was a breeze because he always made an attempt to look ahead and coordinate even when work was hectic on my end.After 3+ weeks of work I voiced my concern about the housing market to which Henry was understanding and immediately willing to pivot to helping me find an apartment for a short term solution.     Definitely ask for Henry Garcia, hands down best realtor in San Antonio ! He was able to answer every question we had being we were first time home buyers, he was very patient and would get back to us in a promptly matter. We had initially gone to two different realtor companies here in San Antonio the first time around. Which we had a horrible experience with, and pretty much had our hopes crushed.     Where do I even start about Henry Garcia...Initially my fiancƩ and I were going with a different builder who in the end had lied to us and we found this out by Henry doing some research. Henry found us a new builder within the week and we signed that same day. Henry has become more than our realtor he is indeed a part of our family. Henry stuck with us through the good and the bad times. Ive heard horror stories from my friends about their realtor finding them a house and after closing they felt like it wasnt even the home for them. Henry made sure that our first house would be something to be proud of, something to share with our future kids!!!! My fiancƩ and I were supposed to get married in Nov but due to Covid our wedding date had to change. (Bummer) On our day of closing Henry stopped by and gave us Vikings jerseys (my fiancƩs favorite football team) with our last name and new wedding date listed on them...Who does stuff like this???? Who is this thoughtful????
