We recently moved from Oregon to Texas to be closer to our son and his family, especially the grandkids! It was a huge move for us. We had lived in our pervious home for 40 plus years so needless to say things had changed a lot in the real estate market. Our son and is wife highly recommended Mike and Loreena as they had helped them with the purchase of their home the previous year. I’m so glad we took their advice, they were absolutely a delight to work with! They went above and beyond with much patience and understanding walking us step by step through the the process of buying our home and negotiating the price of the house. They were always available to answer any questions that we had and explain the things we didn’t understand. They helped us with the application process for the Homestead Act and Senior discount to help off set our property taxes, this was new to us. All I can say is wow! God brought 3:16 Realty into our lives at just the right time. We moved out of our house before ever putting it on the market. In fact, we moved far enough away that we would not be able to be there when repairmen, inspectors, etc… came by the house. Through all this the team at 3:16 Realty was there. They showed up at every inspection and helped us source contractors to repair items on the inspection. This team is truly a gift from God. Typical of any house in Texas there is bound to be foundation issues. However, being from another state this never occurred to me! As such, when I was told that my house had foundation issues I was incredibly distressed. I expected a huge repair bill! However, the team at 3:16 Realty re-focused my attention on God and walked me through the entire process. Going as far as to find a foundation company and schedule the repairs! Through God’s provision what I thought was going to be a huge bill ended up being the smallest bill I had ever heard of for foundation repairs. This is just one of many instances where this team helped me (a distressed seller) find, re-focus, and align on what to do for the house I was selling. I could go on and on about their 20+ years experience living and being realtors in the DFW area. Or how they did a very detailed pre-inspection pointing out what an inspector might find and what should and should not be repaired or replaced. But this is a long review already and if you have read this far you need to talk to them today! Truly, to God be the glory. Without God putting this team into my life I would not have been able to sell my house. One final thing I would add. For those of you moving into DFW or out of DFW and cannot travel to the home you are buying/selling: I only ever went to the house once during the time it was being sold. This was because I forgot something that I wanted to get before the house sold. I could have never went back to the house and the team at 3:16 Realty would have done the entire process remotely. Therefore, if you are looking for a God fearing, experienced, friendly, Realty company in the DFW area. Look no further than 3:16 team Realty!

Our family had to make a last minute move to North Texas from Southern California and due to the time constraints we leased a home managed by 3:16 Realty Team without actually seeing the property ourselves. We had some issues with the property that caused quite a bit of frustration, but these things were not something that Michael could have known about. As soon as he became aware of the issues he worked very hard to resolve them to our satisfaction. Michael is a true professional and its easy to see he truly cares about his clients.
