Definitely didn’t think I’d be able to rent again with my history, but through the 2nd Chance leasing website provided by Mr. Chaz Gary I was able to do just that!!! 10/10 recommend!! Doesn’t matter your past you WILL find exactly what you’re looking for. -

Having a rental issue in my history I was not finding anything to rent. When I contacted Second Chance, my agent Lisa created a great list- as with any locator agency some were not ideal, but through this list I found a great apartment with everything on my wish list and the management company asked for a few additional references, but no extra deposit. I highly recommend this service. -

They are very professional,easy to work with and apartment list is up to date. Once I contacted them and they sent me a list of apartments, I found an apartment within a couple weeks. Definitely will reccomend to anyone looking for an aprtment. -
