My husband and I came to Martin not knowing anything about buying a home. Martin and his team walked us through the process nice and easy. It was easy to trust him. He really cares about his clients wants and needs in a home and trust me, he will find you a home. During the process Martin had excellent communication, he was really tentative to home details and answering our questions. We thought we knew what we wanted but it wasnt easy until we let Martin lead us and he was able to find us a beautiful home. If you are looking for a home Martin is your guy. I was in a dilemna trying to sell my home due to a relocation. My first realtor was not getting the job done so we decided to hire a new realtor just before we took off to Florida. House was reposted and then 3 days laters we got offers!!! Prior to this, Martin and Stephanie came over and got to know our needs and listened to our previous frustrations. They came prepared and were confident. They even helped get our trash out and cleaned our home for the pending open house which was flawlessly executed. They left no stone unturned and had a great plan and pay attention to details. Their communication with us was impeccable throughout the process. They did all this while being on vacation even. Martin helped my husband and I buy our first home. Buying a house for the first time can be overwhelming to even start the process, martin and his team made sure we understood every step along the way and was always readily available to take calls and texts with any questions we had.
