In short, he was always on our side working to make our house sale as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Shahedul was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding buyers that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience working with 24 Hours Realty and Shahedul. As a first time home buyer, we were so excited and had a lot of questions about how things work. Shahedul took his time to explain everything and he was always available to answer my questions. Even he responded his message/email at night after 10pm and weekends. He is a superman.Shahedul has so many years experience and knows how to do the negotiation. At the time of house negotiation, we have got an excellent deal and we are so happy to get a beautiful and nice located house in Richardson area within our budget.Even Shahedul helped us to get the best mortgage loan with a cheapest interest rate and low closing cost. Also introduced me some home insurance agents to pick the cheapest home insurance for my home with much better home coverage. He really has some good connections. Even after the house closing, he gave me some contact info of some cheap reliable handyman to do some cleaning and renovation of my House.I spoke to couple of my friends/elder brothers who bought their home and I dont believe any other agents would do this much for his customer. Trust me I never meet this guy in my life, before I decided to buy a home. Overall, we are so happy to work with Shahedul and would strongly recommend Shahedul for buying your home.
