We bought our first home with Stephanie Simmons at 1st Choice Realty. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process from start to finish which was incredibly helpful for us as first time home buyers. She walked through each home with us with unbiased eyes and made sure we saw any noticeable flaws or high points. Shes very knowledgeable about the area and could give us info on each neighborhood that was very helpful even though were native to Nac.I have a difficult work schedule to work around as I travel for work but Stephanie had no problem showing me homes each week. It didnt matter if I gave her a weeks notice of when Id be available or 24 hours notice she always made it work and I always felt like I was her priority client. She met with us after hours, on weekends, etc. She was always quick to act on anything I needed or requested. Our dream home was on the market for less than a week. We viewed the home, sent an offer and accepted a counter offer all in less than 24 hours which Im sure was no easy feat for Stephanie.Stephanie was with us through the process from start to finish. She always found homes that fit our criteria and always stayed within our budget which I appreciated very much. Even though the home buying experience isnt exactly fun, Stephanie made it easier and gave us much peace of mind.Weve been in our dream home for a few months now and we love it. Stephanie did a fantastic job working with us and I recommend her to any home buyer whether its your first or youre experienced on the process.

I highly recommend the 1st Choice Realty agents for selling and purchasing homes. My agent was very attentive to my needs to recommend homes that I did not notice searching online listings. The realtor network that 1st Choice Realty has with other agencies in the surrounding area keeps them current with a large inventory of homes and too helped to promote my home to other clients that were looking in similar price ranges within the neighborhood. My agent was helpful when selling my home to offer suggestions of simple things for me to do to protect my privacy and the security of my belongings when opening my home to the public. They even went so far as to check on my home when I announced that I would be out of town or when strong East Texas Storms blew through.However, my most valued experience was leveraging the teams knowledge for recommendations of things to look at before making an offer on a home and carefully explaining the details of the contracts and negotiations so that I could make the best decision for my family. Again, I highly recommend this team!

One house was great but the location was a little tough but Stephanie went beyond the call of duty and successfully sold the house for me! The second house was in a great location but the market was downturning but she did another great job! She is available and more than willing to serve her customers!!
