We had a great experience with 1851 properties. Working with Darrell was easy and he understood what we wanted. As we worked through the process of purchasing our land, we were kept informed every step of the way. Reese worked closely with us on selling the Strauss St. property of the First Baptist Church of Bellville. She was fundamental in helping us set the sell price for the property and assisted us in making decisions about how to divide the property to achieve the best pricing options. She developed all of the background information needed to divide the property and worked with the City to obtain the correct permits. She stayed on top of all of the options and advised us on the position we should take on each development. We could not have achieved the success of selling the property in the time frame needed and/or obtained the prices for each of the properties without her guidance.
