Amy is the account manager, and anytime I email with any concerns, she responds with a follow-up phone call fairly quickly. This week has been a busy one for me, so Ive emailed several times asking her to call me and have missed her calls each time because Ive had other things going on. I emailed for like the 4th time last night requesting she call me again, and when she called this morning and we were finally able to discuss my account, she was still so polite and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend 10 Federal Storage to anyone! -

Friendly & professional over the phone & in person. I appreciated the walk thru on how to gain entry to property & my storage unit. I selected a climate controlled unit & the exterior/interior lighting are adequate & the outside areas & the hallway to my unit were clean. AAA Storage has the best rental prices for unit dimensions offered in Bell County. Im very pleased to do business with them! I give time five stars! -

Convenient, Clean and Secure- all you need in a storage facility, plus personable staff. Prices are comparable to other locations. Only suggestion might be to bring your own battery operated lighting when using your storage unit. The units arent overly bright inside. -

Awesome service. Professional and polite. Management here has fulfilled our every needs and even when I had a problem with providing some paperwork for insurance they worked with me and ensured that I was accommodated. Although I have not used this storage facility. I was on a wait list for a unit. Im very impressed that I just received a phone call letting me know that one had just opened up. Unfortunately Ive used another storage facility at the moment, but this place will definitely be at the top of the list in the future. Thank you very much for the great customer service. -

The staff went above and beyond what was expected! We rented a unit for our son that was arriving after hours with his uhaul and they made sure that all codes were working to get in the security gate. All late fees were explained, but no one should ever have to pay one due to monthly auto pay. Also, very friendly owners and managers! -
