This group has such wonderful members everyone was so welcoming and nice...and breakfast as well, can’t beat that on a Saturday morning.Tim Cook leads this group of Real Estate Investors, he has such a wealth of information from many, many years of real estate investing. Each month at his meeting he has a different topic of interest to all real estate investors. It doesn’t matter if you have been in the industry for years or you have newly invested or maybe you just want to get started.He also has a great group of trusted vendors.I invite you to come check it out.

I want to share with you one of W. DFW REI Group’s classes, called “Subject to” which is taking over a homeowners loan. Tim Cook was the instructor.Before I came to this class, I always thought that I needed to prepare a lot of money to invest in properties, so I waited for a long time to start this business.In this class, Tim not only gave us a concept about “ subject to” but also how to approach sellers that opened my eyes.The most amazing thing in this class was learning“exit strategies” after you took over the Loans.If you are worried about having not enough money to invest in properties, or want to learn different strategies to buy properties. This is one of the best classes for you.I really enjoy the W. DFW REI group, especially after attending other investing groups. In this community, We make friends and network together. The founder Tim is the key person and he will try his best to help you if you are determined to succeed.Monica

Tims investment group is one of the longest standing in DFW! I have been a member since one of his sponsors Ruth Ann Dunham (Mortgage Lender) invited me in 2014. Being a member has greatly increased my knowledge in real estate investing and created life long professional networks of great people! This REI Group is a great group to learn and network. Tim is a great teacher who has 20 years experience. I am looking forward to continuing my Real Estate Journey with West DFW REI Group and there Members. A must is you are starting out into Real Esate Investing. I also did a Subject-To Workshop with Tim and other members. It was well done and priceless.

This was my second time going to a meeting for Real Estate.I found it quite charming starting with the owners, Tim and Michelle.There were a few vendors there that imparted great knowledge.Then they had a guest speaker, Ms. Nesbit, I think who gave great insight to a new beginner like me.All in all it was quite an exciting and pleasant experience and plan to make it to many more of their meetings.Thank you Tim and Michelle

Im new to the area and also real estate investing. This group has been a great resource to connect with like minded people and build the relationships you need to be successful in this industry. There are too many positives to name them all but I will say if you take your real estate investing seriously and you live in the DFW area, youre not losing anything by reaching out to Tim Cook and gathering more information about the group. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The West DFW REI Group is one of the very best real estate investing groups in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Tim and Michelle Cook do a fantastic job of running the group and they sincerely care about the success of each of the groups members.Tim and Michelle keep adding value to a membership, even though the list of membership benefits when you join the West DFW REI Group is already longer than any other REI group Ive encountered. You get a free website to advertise your properties, monthly meetings the first Saturday of every month that last several hours so that we really get to deep dive and learn a huge amount about fascinating topics, access to a private Facebook group, access to the past 6 months of meeting video, audio, files, and presentations, and unlike any other REI group I know of, we get REIA Rewards Bucks for participating in events that can be used towards membership and events. I Mentored with the Tim Cook, the head of West DFW REI Group for a couple months; although only a couple months, he helped me narrow my focus on how I can get started real estate investing (How do you eat the Elephant?...). I would definitely recommend trying a month of mentoring with Tim if you are a beginner!
