    It is really easy to work with TX DNA Properties. I have the pleasure of talking to Diego, he is super passionate, understanding and hard working. This is a company that sets high standard. Their team is local, they came to my house, walked me thru the process of selling cash as is which in my case worked out to be the best choice. They also value family very much, just a general positive experience overall. There were some title hurdles we had to over come but that was more on my side, they hired Veracity title company out of the North Richland Hills and they were also responsive and accommodating! Would highly recommend them all, thank you guys 🙏

    I write this review first of all to thank the team at TX DNA Properties, specially Diego and Anai for your dedication to detail, for explaining so well the process of selling as is and for accommodating to my situation and timeline. I could not have asked for an easier and more transparent dealing, and would recommend you in the blink of an eye. Even though our first interactions were over the phone, it gave me reassurance when you all came over to walk the property. I used to get hundreds of mail pieces about selling my house but now I can say that I’m glad I called you guys, definitely made the right choice. Loved your enthusiasm, keep it up!

    I met them at the DFW airport and they were really nice! They are very caring. Very upbeat and sweet! It was nice to be able to talk to them in English and Spanish.

    I was skeptical at first because they sent me a mailer and I had to call and we did all things over the phone and email but then Diego came over with his wife and GC and they were as nice and professonal in person as over the phone. they are young but i can say with confidence they were honest and straigh up since the first call. my house was in garland and it needed quite a bit of repair since i inherited and my parents lived there for 40 years plus no repairs so i was not oblivious about that, still now i feel they were fair and got to close with a local title company too, they gave me a mobile notary at closing date, i didnt have to clean or fix anythinf in the property, honestly for my situation this process could not have been easier! thank you diego and anai

    Surely it’s hard to find a local who won’t just low ball you, believe I called a bunch of people who sent me a bunch of mailers and called me all the time, of all Diego made me the best offer and was the most transparent. Literally what he told me is what happened, and like I said the offer was also the best. Save yourself some time and go with Diego!

    I got to work with Diego and Anai from TX DNA, they were professional, timely and their expectations were met accordingly. There were 2 delays in the project caused by inclement weather conditions and by less than optimal delivery HD Mesquite routes so materials took longer to arrive which slowed us down. Other than that, working with TX DNA Properties has been a smooth and enjoyable process, recommended!
