I started Schwieters & Associates in January of 2003, with the mission to make it easy for Sellers to sell their home quickly and easily without the hassle of listing and marketing their home through a Realtor. We also offer a service to Buyer’s making it easy to own a home without the hassle of traditional bank financing by offering Owner Financing.

Schwieters & Associates purchased my home Subject-To after my family had to relocated for work. We had just purchased the home in 2012 so we didn’t have equity and we’re limited on options to sell. Don and Aaron presented their offer and it worked for us because we had to move quick! They guaranteed the monthly payment would be made on time every month until the loan was refinanced. They closed quickly and we were able to move without worry of having to pay that mortgage payment and a rent payment in our new location. In 2016, their new buyer got financing and the house was out of our name…looking back at it now, we definitely made the right choice. They made our original mortgage payment on time for 32 months in a row, just as they said they would. I would recommend Don and Aaron to anyone selling their home in a similar situation. Not only did they help us get out of the house and relocate to our new job, by then making the payments on time every month, it actually helped my credit score, so when it came time to buy in our new area, it came in handy big time!
