My experience with Rebuilt has been a very rewarding one. Employee Phil Suarez was very professional and an awesome communicator to me as a stranger and then in person. He helped me as if the company was his own and he went the extra mile always at every scenario. Phil made my experience so incredible with Rebuilt that I recommend Rebuilt to two other clients. I had done several deals over several years before Rebuilt but Phil’s interaction and guidance really placed Rebuilt and home purchasing at the top of my list. Thanks Phil and Rebuilt.

Everything about my experience with Rebuilt was awesome, from the very first phone call to the day of signing. Ruben helped me with all my needs. He made the experience easy as a first time seller. He explained everything i needed to know and made sure i understood all of it. He listened to me and made me feel like i was heard and understood. He was honest and upfront about everything. I would recommend him and Rebuilt to anyone i know that was looking to sell their home. They make sure that you are happy with the sell and make the process stress and hassel free. So far, so great! Rebuilt went above & beyond the call of duty for this veteran & my 83yr young mother. They not only did what they said they would try to do, they did it, even earlier than expected. WOW! Im impressed.The Rebuilt team along with the title co. they worked with in our closing, which was Championship Title, both in Austin, TX, was just that... a team of champions.As an ex-Realtor I dont take things lightly when I endorse people in this business so for me to say this, it takes a LOT to impress me & I have to admit, I am impressed. Thank you all who worked on this deal selling my mothers house. It was so painless. Keep up the great work of helping others to rebuild their lives. Excellent experience from start to finish. I was nervous even thinking about an off market sale as Rebuilt answered my online inquiry. Seven weeks from start to finish and could have been shorter if we desired. Phillip was a true professional along with Vianka (Title officer). The other competitors were low-balling which irradiated us but not Rebuilt as they are customer-focused. I would would do it again over the traditional realtor route. “Thank You, Team!”

I would like to thank REBUILT AUSTIN for helping me sell my Mama’s house. Especially Ruben Perez.He was knowledgeable, and oh so helpful. He ALWAYS answered any and all questions I had in a courteous and prompt manner. He said he would get it sold quickly, and he did. I helped helped a friend who was selling 2 houses recently with the calls he had to make and whatnot to Rebuilt. A gentleman named Reubin was assigned to the case and he was there through every step of the process.Both homes had been damaged through bad renters, hence the desire to sell them, and my friend honestly didnt think he had any chance of getting back what was originally put into them. Thanks to Reubin and the team at Rebuilt, my friend couldnt have been more wrong.Within the first week (actually the first few days) each time after signing a contract with Rebuilt, Reubin had already found a potential buyer. That meant that all we had to wait was for the title company to check and make sure everything was good and then closing could happen. This meant, it didnt take the dreaded months or otherwise to sell, but maybe a little over 2 weeks for each house.I can not recommend Rebuilt more if you have property to sell in Texas or any place they work in. I have NEVER seen or dealt with anyone that is as professional, comforting, HONEST, or helpful in a realtor business in my entire life. They really are the best there is.

We’ve had a very good experience with rebuilt so far. Very timely closing, very easy process, very knowledgeable employees (we’ve mostly dealt with Kaese and Rueben) who strive to make everything as easy as possible. They even had a junk haul of service ordered to the house for us which was a huge help!!Response times to texts/phone calls/emails is good. We’re overall really happy doing business with them.
