NextStep Homebuyer has really done an exceptional job helping their clients accomplish whatever the client is looking for. If it is a quick close at a good price they can do that. If the seller needs to move across the country and needs the mortgage covered during the transition period and sales process, they can do that as well. As long as there is a way to make it happen, they will make it happen. I have helped with a couple of their transactions and have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity, which is often hard to find in this type of real estate transaction. I would absolutely recommend them to the seller that needs their services.

Tyler H. was wonderful! At first I thought it was all too good to be true, but it all went exactly as he said it would. As is. I did not have to paint, change out a carpet, etc., - NOTHING! I received my very fair wire transfer as promised with no problems. I would recommend NextStep Homebuyer, LLC to anyone wanting to sell their home. Did I mention there were NO FEES??? Well, there werent!!! I think everyone walked away happy with this transaction!!
