The complex I moved into required I use native. Apprehensive at first with the lack of smart thermostat to my devices, I dealt with it. I was recently locked out of my house. The time I left a vm to the time I received a call back and a resolution was amazing. I couldn’t be more grateful for this company. I didn’t expect what I wanted in the beginning but 11 months in, their all around app experience, connectivity, and my lockout issues, I love them. ADT, xfinity, and the slew of other home/ alarm automation companies, are unmatched to native. A true work of art. Especially in the multifamily industry. Thank you again! -

Hyrum is a miracle worker! Just moved into my new apartment today and lock didn’t work and wasn’t able to get in 😅 He was able to get it working in under 15 min. Super efficient, super helpful. 🙌 -
