    I have lived at this residence for 1 year. The location is amazing and close to retail, grocery, entertainment and restaurants. It is very quiet here and like living in your own home! Furthermore, I have felt extremely safe living here.The staff are very friendly and attentive to concerns and needs. Also, any repairs are addressed very quickly and correctly. In addition, the amenities at the Braden are phenomenal! The pool area is absolutely beautiful and resort like! If I hadn’t bought a new home, I would stay here longer. My year at the Braden has exceeded my expectations! Oh! Residents here are extremely friendly and hospitable. If you are considering downtown high end living, this is the place for you!

    A peaceful and secured place to live. First time the manager attended to me when I needed a repair in my apartment she was friendly and homely and also Ms Melissa (the assistant manager) has always been fantastic to me as a person. She is charming and ever ready to help. The technicians also are awesome and friendly. More grace to you all

    The Lofts at City Centre has been home to my husband and me for the last 3-4 years. Our overall experience has been positive and very pleasant. We feel safe and enjoy living in this community. Management does a good job alerting/making residents aware of theft and crime activity in the area. I do however wish our vehicles in the East Bldg garage were more guarded and protected, so that City Centre visitors cannot access the resident parking area.I give the Lofts 4 stars!

    I love the complimentary coffee available plus the cool shared workspaces. My favorite space is the quite pod. It makes me feel I am working in the future in the Star Trek universe. I love also the cool lighting with the water in the pool, and the other bodies of water at the residence too. I have made outstanding connections already with residents and I find where I live offers a nice convenient location for the trash chutes, and an elevator to the garage. I also love the fitness center and find the other shared spaces are so cool too. I love how the bottom one looks out to downtown Fort Worth. It really makes me feel I am a part of the city life and I love that a ton.

    Since 2019, my wife and I haved enjoyed living in this apartment complex. To date, it has proven to be a good place to live. Presently, the complex looks great as it is being renovated.In 2021, when I was in physical and financial distress, I approached the front office and they understood and worked with me.All maintenance requests have been promptly taken care of.

    I have been a resident here for 14 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The front office staff, managers and service staff are extremely kind, extremely helpful, extremely polite. Im only leaving because Ive had a house built and its ready. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.Thank you all for your service to me during my stay, I will especially miss Johana for her always prompt assistance, kind words and her friendly face .Karen

    Office is great and easy to communicate with, maintenance orders dealt with in appropriate timing.. rent pricing for me anyways was a shock to jump up 200+ $. Especially taking away our pool and not receiving the newest upgrades. But overall I have enjoyed living here and raising my boys.

    I am so grateful to the new management team that we have here at mission Fairways apartments. They have been so kind and helpful including the manager Vincent and his assistant Manager RoseMary. They are always willing to give a helping hand when its needed your kindness and gentle heart makes living here a pleasure. I love being in the place that I am in its very quiet and they are making changes every week to make the complex look like it should look and make us feel at home and proud to live on the property. So thank you for all you do and for all that you are doing kudos to you guys.

    The transition that Madera Residential has made to convert to what is now named Foxwood has been a rough start in the beginning and need to commend everyone that was part of the transition. The managers Lela and Ruby have worked hard to accommodate the residents from what once was, Mission Reilly Ridge. My experience with them has been amazing and they have done an excellent job of answering the many questions we had because of all the changes. It started off rough and now it is smoothing out. I love how they send emails to remind the residents of what was going on with the property changes. I love the new color of the apartments and all the work on the roads they did for safety measures. The community has changed. I feel safe and I honestly can say this is my home and not just an apartment. They are so efficient with the work orders and comply in a timely manner. I had to personally go in and commend them on what an amazing job they are doing. I only got to speak to Ruby and not Lela and pray that she shares with her on such an excellent job they are doing. Thank you Madera for such an amazing team at Foxwood.

    Only lived here for 3 months and I love it. The people are so nice. The maintenance people are great. Not that I have a lot of problems, they are right on it. I havent had that in my past apartments. The staff in the front office are just great. Very helpful

    Well to start off the office is very clean and and for me in my experience I love it here its safe ( yes theyre gay friendly) and very fair about everything work calls are answered on time. Miss Isabel and Miss Mercedes are great all of them are amazing period.. Sometimes I go to the office just to say hi.

    Great place to stay. I have been living here for 8 months. I really enjoy it. Its clean. Apartments are well furnished. The management staff is friendly and maintenance services are superb. Always within 24 hrs. Has a small convenient dog park, which is always equipped with doggy bags to clean up after your pet. Good parking structure. In summers, the pool is a nice lively area. Cant complain. Happy to be here.

    I believe Madera Residential has been a welcome change in the management of Hunters Glen since assuming the property last year. They have continued to improve quality of life overall here through various projects to replace or upgrade facilities as well as in general area maintenance. In addition, the management team has been responsive, considerate, and resolute in handling issues presented to them. Overall I am very pleased with and grateful for the recent change in management here. All I can say is, please keep up the great work and customer service!

    Outstanding facilities at the Domain at City Center in Houston. Safe, clean and super well-Maintained. Truly a resort like feel and the staff is incredible. By far the nicest apartment complex I have ever visited and glad will be our new home.

    Madera at Left Bank is a wonderful place to live. It’s conveniently located in downtown Fort Worth, so you can “Pop Out” to view attractions, visit parks and dine at restaurants. The staff is amazing. They work diligently hosting, and assisting residents; whether it is community social events, to facility upgrades, for example our Internet cafe, maintenance or day to day activities, such as package delivery or adverse weather they are proactively, and cheerfully on it; making this an enjoyable living experience.

    OMG! Erika Orazco was truly exceptional. The perfect place to be........the apartments are great and the staff is top notch! I had the pleasure of dealing with Erika, she made my move a breeze and answered all my questions with great ease. Very friendly service and very professional.     Thank you so much for all the recent security upgrades. I am especially thankful for the evening and early morning security staff. Thank you for the emergency lighting. During the freeze two years ago, there was no lighting in the hallways or stairs. Flashlights were our only means to navigate. During the recent power loss, we could safely walk the hallways. I know most all complexes have this feature but now we can say, we have it! I also want to say thank you to the maintenance staff. I can say, they are prompt, courteous, use covid guidelines, and actually fix things. They also keep our shared areas clean. Nice! Thank you!

    I live at Eagles Point Apartments and I really have enjoyed the last few years here. I wanted to express my appreciation to all of the staff at Eagles point for making feel like a part of the community. They have been warm and friendly and have attended to all of my needs. Especially during the pandemic we are now facing. Keeping in touch with us and giving us great information to help us in time of need and helping us keep our apartments in time of financial crises. Especially to James Jackson, the manager here and a recently new member Michele Guile who helped me tremendously in the last couple of weeks. Thank You Very Much

    I am in my 3rd year at the apartments and I can say they try there best to keep things well and in working order. Living here reminds me of living in my home, that I sold. This has been the closest to still be a homeowner, without the stress!Great job!!

    When I need a maintenance issue taken care of the response time is always very quick. There was a parking issue that was also taken care of very quickly and satisfactorily. Overall I have found this to be a good, safe, clean place to live!

    I have lived at The Park Apartments at Spring Creek since November, the office staff are Great! Krystal and Edie have taken great care to see that all my needs were taken care of promptly. When I moved in they told me Welcome home. I am happy to be a part of this community. Thanks ladies for making this a comfortable and safe enviroment to live in.

    Madera (Tenison at white rock) has done an incredible job in the short time I’ve been here. The application process 2 months leading up to my move in I had quick responses and the same as been the case since I’ve lived here. It’s a beautiful community and great team with support and passion for what they do. In office team should be rewarded!

    I want to thank you for now sending text messages with emergency numbers and other announcements. One thing, I live in 1415 and two apartments in my breezeway never take in their trash cans. I thought this was against the rules. It looks like you live in an alley. It would be nice if they would take their cans in in the morning.

    I see all the reviews but what people dont realize is Madera buys properties that are horrible. When they get there they start working on making them better. It does take time to do this. Many residents get upset due to they are making it better which means some residents need to move. Some move in during the process and dont realize that it is in the process. 30 years or more of a property not being taken care of and letting any body move in takes time to get straight. When staying within the guidelines of the law it takes longer sad to say.All of the apartments are older, rent is cheaper than most places around, neighborhood is bad but that is what they buy and turn around. They dont just buy 1 property in a neighborhood. They try to buy a bunch so that they can change the area, community, apartments, etc for the better. Again it takes time.

    🍁 Turning over a new leaf ! That’s exactly what Madera Residential did at Promenade in Jersey Village. I was not renewing my lease until the new manager asked if I would consider staying? How could I say no ? In just a short time they had improved the landscaping to lush green and manicured grounds, repaired the broken pump giving us a sparkling blue pool to swim in, and for the first time ever was responding promptly to maintenance and service calls, emails and phone messages. This new team with Madera has truly turned over a new leaf and now I am proud to call Promenade my home !

    Shadow Ridge is a great place to live. I have lived here since May 2010. The Office and Maintenance Personnel always goes above and beyond to make you’re satisfied.

    Nice and quiet property just need to get the hot water situation under control the constant water interruption for repairs is annoying. It took for the whole complex to complain about no hot water in 2020 for something to finally be done about it, now its 2022 and interruptions are still being made for repairs

    Very friendly at the desk as I came in. Always willing to help and give instructions as to where to go for sightseeing when asked. Comfortable room and very clean. The location is great as well. Very close to the Metro, Plaza España, Corte Ingles, and Supermarket as well as restaurants. My breakfast was included with the rate and it was very good!

    I experienced that you are trying to make batter living by updating your property outside structure but you should make changes / updates inside too Updating outside structures is only give good look but not helping the residents. Updating appliances last je Bath tun , stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink facets, carpet and walls painted etc makes the residents happy Also improve maintenance by fixing the issue timely
