We loved our house that we rented with the Khorramis! The rental process was so smooth from the get-go, when they first showed us the house all the way through the application, deposit, and move-in. It was easy to pay rent with their online system, we always had easy and quick communication if we needed anything at all, and most importantly, the Khorramis and their staff were incredibly friendly and caring. We always felt cared for and like we had an open line of communication. They were great about helping us get a solution for our dogs to access our yard (huge plus) and they kept our house looking great outside so we could enjoy the landscaping from our porch. We recently bought a house and were really sad to leave our rental home, and the Khorramis also took great care of us through the move-out process, even going the extra mile to help us coordinate dates that worked well for us. The deposit return process was very quick and fair, too. This is one of the best rental experiences weve ever had. If youre looking for a rental option in Fort Worth, absolutely look at renting property from the Khorramis. You wont be disappointed. -
