I just closed escrow today with Jaime and Marylin. They bought my house which had fallen into disrepair and I wish them the best in fixing the place and finding a good family to sell the house to. I live out of state and could never have done the work required. They are legit, professional, honest and friendly. They use a bonded escrow and title company and we were able to complete this transaction in 30 days across 2,000 miles. If you are looking to sell wholesale, no fees, commissions, costs, repairs etc...they are a good choice! You wont be disappointed.

We had a great experience! Jamie looked at our house and we agreed on the price the next day. Our house was not in good shape but he still gave us a reasonable offer. We closed a month later and the money was wired to our account the same day. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend you contact JANARO if you want to sell your house “as is” and get a reasonable offer.

We just recently closed on the sale of one of our rental properties with Janaro. Jaime and Marylin were very professional and followed through on everything they said they would do. I am a real skeptic when it comes to investors/buyers these days because we get so many calls. Being a retired Banker, Ive seen it all so I always want to know the buyer is legit and can actually close a transaction. They were great and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
