Felix was 20 out of 10! He never gave up and stuck by our side through all obstacles. If my husband and I text/called/emailed with any questions he quickly responded. When you choose to work with Felix ( we HIGHLY recommend you do) He will contact you quickly and set up a meeting. He discussed neighborhoods, price ranges, our deal breakers, etc with us. He always asked follow up questions and suggested things we did not consider. He gave us a great first time buying experience.
