This was an amazing event. Chris always has great guest speakers that are so knowledgeable in this game and with many years of experience. He brings in speakers that use many different methods in this business and as a new agent, hearing these methods helps open up the playing field and their wisdom is gold to me. There are also so many great people to meet that have a wide range of skills and background. He gives a level field to where we can meet and hopefully build connections to collaborate in this business. Thank you Chris for putting this event together. I look forward to them each month!!

Unfortunately, I got there late and did not get to see the interview. I did however, meet and learn a lot. I was able to interface with lenders and obtain a tremendous amount of knowledge on how things work.Thank you for always considering me as a guest to these events.

I read Chris’s book and found it useful for flipping houses. It tells you exactly what you need to know. It’s a very short read and gets to the point very quickly. You can definitely finish his book in about an hour or less. I recommend anybody who is new to flipping houses to read this book. Even if you’ve done a few flips you should probably read this book to remind yourself of the things that are out there.Update: 10/14/2023 I went to The Mastermind on October 12, 2023. I had a blast. I learned so much and took in a lot of good advice and information. I left feeling inspired and wanting more.Update: 4/12/2024 I attended my second Mastermind with this group and left smarter than when I came in. I plan to utilize the knowledge I gained and grow with it. Thanks again Chris for putting this event on.Im glad I found Chris and his community. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your community.
