Garren was recommended to me by a trusted advisor. I was in the market for my first out-of-state investment and had met with other realtors in other markets and was feeling unsafe about the risk. Garren spent over an hour with me just talking about costs, equity potential, and the general lay of the land in Texas investing. Then we spent two days looking at properties. Each one was in my price range and turn-key. Offers were made and negotiated and when I finally settled on a property, I needed a property manager. This is when Garrens dedication to each customer really showed. He supervised some minor work that I wanted before tenants moved in and I had complete confidence it would be done the way I would do it if I were there. He found me a PM. Until I felt comfortable with them, he was my mediator and made sure that I was satisfied. A year after the deal closed, he still takes my calls and answers every question. I wouldnt do business with any other realtor in Austin. Thank you, Garren for being an honest, sophisticated realtor and a new friend.
