Working with Lincoln on buying a home was a breeze from start to finish. He made the process easy in a stressful and competitive market. He was available to brainstorm and strategize, he is easy to talk to, had really good ideas and insight about the market (lenders, loan products, contracts), advocated for us in negotiations, and communicated professionally to everyone involved in the transaction. So grateful to have found him and would highly recommend!

I have worked with Lincoln in the past on a transaction where he was representing the buyers, and I was representing the sellers. As an agent, I know how important it is that our business is done by people who are competent, responsive, and properly representing their clients. Lincoln was amazing to work with, always quick to respond and always on top of things! He helped make the transaction smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved. Worked with Lincoln personally on purchasing our forever home. We hit a glitch with financing in the 11th hour, but Lincoln was patient and understanding and brought out of the box ideas to get the deal closed. Would definitely use Hill Country Buyers again!
