Thank you to Chris for all you did to help my mother handle her dispute amongst her siblings regarding my grandparents estate—I apologize for taking so long to get to this review.After months of dealing with misleading information and wasting time and money with the courts and another investment company to find a solution, Chris steped in and resolved everything in a day, literally. He was kind, empathetic and organized, we wouldnt have found our way out of it without him.I am not saying that everyone will have the same experience in getting things taken care of, each situation is different, but if Chris Beary is helping handle it, trust him to help you find your way forward.

Chris and his team at Heirloom were a godsend for my family. A few months ago, we received mail that my moms parents had a property we had no idea about. At first, we thought it couldn’t be real, especially since my grandparents passed away so long ago. But when we looked into it, we found out the property had a lot of unpaid taxes, and that a house had even been torn down on the property. We couldn’t afford the taxes and were pretty much going to lose the property in a Tax Sale if we couldnt figure out what to do, which was stressful becasue all of a sudden we owed on a property we knew nothing aboutAround the same time, I got a call from the Heirloom team. At first, I wasn’t sure if we could trust them, but Chris took the time to explain everything and promised to guide us through the process at no cost. That meant so much to us because we were really struggling financially. Thanks to Chris and his team, everything is now settled, and the stress is gone. My mom isn’t too techy so I wanted to write this. Thanks again, Chris and everyone on the Heirloom team that helped us get things settled
