Matt did an awesome job of constantly maintaining contact with me throughout the process & answered all of my questions. The sale went smoothly & was super easy. I would trust this company and refer them to family & friends!

Even took time to reassure us. The owner of the company even called us when we had doubts. Matthew was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Owned land in Upstate NY on which sat a decaying log home foundation. I NEVER thought anyone would buy the property with the decaying foundation. I received a cold mailer from Haystack Land Company and made them an offer for the 14 acres. They accepted my offer, prepared all of the documentation, paid all of the closing costs, and we closed in eight weeks. Never a problem along the way!!! I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with this firm!
