If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have hired Ross Property Services for work needed by our HOA neighborhood common areas, as well as for my own private property. On each occasion, I walked away impressed. Jeff and his team are professional, punctual, courteous and so easy to work with. They offer a fair price, do high quality work and generally go above and beyond what is expected. You cant ask for more than that! Most recently, I hired RPS to clean my mess of a roof and also do some pressure washing around my property. Please see my before and after pictures. The difference is remarkable!

I was referred to Ross Property Services by a fellow trustworthy Business Owner whom had a great experience. They came highly recommended and we took a chance from our normal service provider. We used Ross Property Services to pressure wash our building, parking lot, loading deck and much more. Once we reached out for an estimate on the job they were on it and very professional. Everything was scheduled and completed in a timely manner....With perfection. We will be using them for all services offered going forward and also for our quarterly cleanings. Even received a “care” call to ensure we were happy. Customer service and job expectations were exceeded. Great company! Thanks for all you did and will do for us in the future.

We were able to schedule within a week to get our house, sidewalk, and driveway pressure washed. He was super nice and professional, along with a great price. We didn’t ask for the concrete slab in the back to be done but he also hit that as well! So happy with the finished product. Our house looks like new.

Ross Property Services, LLC were prompt and professional. Jeff and Chris were very friendly and answered all my questions. They did a very thorough job pressure washing my home. It hadn’t been done in a couple years and the paint looks like it’s brand new now. Everything went seamlessly and I highly recommend them for any of your pressure washing needs. Chelsea and Jeff both were extremely professional and helpful with assisting us getting our concrete pool deck looking AMAZING! Georgia red clay and dust does a number on our house and deck. They had it looking brand new! We will be using them annually and recommend you do as well!

Our house looks so amazing and the customer service is top notch, they gave me a heads up when to expect them and also followed up to make sure I was happy with the service!! They are right on par or even cheaper than the other companies in my area! So glad I found them!! I will only use this company going forward for our pressure washing needs!! If your not sure about them... do it!! You will not regret it!

Jeff was exactly what we were looking for. He did an excellent job on our porch. He showed up on time and finished everything when he said he would. After the job was completed and he was paid, he still texted me the next day to make sure we were happy with the job he did. I had such a great experience with this company! First their prices are so extremely reasonable compared to others around this area. The company showed up on time and the end result is that my house looks amazing and the customer service is also great! I got a call hours after they left telling me about what they did, what they found, some helpful tips on fixing minor issues and asking how I liked my service! I really felt well taken care of! I would highly recommend this company!
