    I was in a bind and was able to find this company through a quick google search. I called after 5pm thinking I would have to leave a message, but was surprisingly greeted with a friendly voice. Manuel listened to what I needed and scheduled me immediately for a free consultation for the next morning.Manuel was so friendly, honest and extremely helpful answering any questions I had. Because I had a deadline for the service, he was very quick and efficient in getting the work done.The next day when I arrived to the kitchen, I was extremely impressed with how clean everything was! Manuel and his team are amazing! I would highly reccomend this company to anyone needing cleaning services. They are very fast and professional.

    I have owned my restaurant in College Station for 23 years. We have had multiple companies hired to clean our vent hoods over those years, all with their own various personnel issues. Cornerstone is the most professional, most competent and most reliable company we have used in those 23 years. Example: after one of the services I showed Manuel some photos to see if he thought a situation we experienced was normal. He didnt think so and sent his guys from Houston (1.5 hours) to correct the problem that day. Immediate response and concern for the quality of their work. Its usually the restaurants fault (right?), not with these guys. They do quality, dependable work and they stand behind it.

    We just moved into a new location and man it needed some work. The team was professional and thorough with their cleaning. We cannot say enough about the work they did. We called some other companies to get quotes, but their work and their testimonials speaks volumes and we see the difference with a company that is serious about what they do.     Filta is in the business of filtering and cleaning fryers. We work with over 50 hospitals, pretty much all of the professional stadiums, universities, numerous corporate cafeterias, grocery stores, hotels and restaurants and have a reputation of first class, detailed service in the greater Houston area. So we are always being asked if we can do other kitchen cleaning, including vent hoods. We do not. So we searched the Houston market for a commercial vent hood and kitchen cleaning company to refer to our customers. We finally partnered with Manuel and the Cornerstone Commercial Services team and our customers are thrilled with the work they do! They have taken on MAJOR kitchen cleaning jobs for some of our HUGE Houston hospitals. They service LARGE stadiums and small cafes.     I work at a large hospital here in the Houston area. We were preparing for a DNV survey and didnt have the manpower to get it all done is such a short amount of time. I contacted CornerStone to help us get our kitchen back up to tip top condition. Manuel came and looked at the project and gave us a fair quote. His team started a couple of nights later and was tremendous at deep cleaning and detailing of the equipment. Everything from fryers, ovens and grills to return air vents. I asked him if he replaced the vent covers with brand new ones because they looked that good. In three nights he brought our kitchen back to 100%. His team does floors, hoods, under equipment cleaning, and all appliances small and large. When you come in the next day everything is where you left it except spotless. Tell him what you want clean and it is done. We are very happy with their work and will use them again. Highly recommended.
