Wes and his wife did an AMAZING job installing our water softener system. We got the water softener and the chemical remover unit. The quality and efficiency of their work is top notch. Everything is done very neatly and very professionally. They took their time to educate us on all of the latest technology involved with these units. We replaced our 20 year old system that had quit working. They even hauled off the old equipment for us.The quality of our water now is just unbelievable. No more hard water stains, no more dry skin after showers and baths! I highly recommend using Simply Plumbing & Sewer for all of your plumbing needs. They have done other services for us in the past and they always do such a great job.

If you’re looking for a great plumber who cares about his customers and delivers great service and work. Simply Plumbing & Sewer is the greatest. They did major plumbing under my home. Wes was great. He was honest and fairly priced, which can be hard to fine nowadays! We had a copper pipe leak over our laundry room and he was there within a few hours and made the repair. I would use him again and definitely recommend his services!

Unfortunately due to the cold weather I had to call someone to get my plumbing done, wrapping my pipe didnt have as much protection as it needed. The first company I called completely ripped me off and charged me just to turn off my water and say I needed to wait until a later date to look further into the plumbing situation.Wesley came once I was recommended his service, and right off the bat was the friendliest plumber Ive met to date. He was very transparent over everything that needed to happen and made sure the problem was completely fixed. Overall a super affordable and trustworthy company, I would recommend for anyone who wants to make sure theyre in good hands.

I had to have my sewer line system completely redone. This was a big job which involved tunneling under my home in several places along with cutting out cement to run new lines Wes and his crew are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job from start to finish. His crew was happy to accommodate special requests for the extra dirt and the cement that had to be replaced looks great. They were happy to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was interrupting them or that it was a bother. Two toilets were replaced as well. One kept running due to the fact that debris from my galvanized piping kept clogging the line. Wes continued to work on it and replace the parts as needed until it was fixed with no additional charge to me. I highly recommend Simply Plumbing. His work is quality and his pricing is fair!

It was simply a great experience working with Simply Plumbing! They were highly referred to us by my AC company and I was quite impressed by their work ethic. Wes came out of his way to come to a water heater emergency and did not charge me a dime out of the goodness of his heart. They are truly a pillar of this community and anyone who has plumbing needs should be quite confident of their service. They changed our water heaters in 2 days after that emergency and the work was seamless and even got our sink treated. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. We all should rally behind companies that work like this and stands behind integrity of their work.

Wes from Simply Plumbing contacted me at around 8:30 on Friday evening asking if he could come out that night, I was schedule for Saturday, I had been without water for 4 days so I was elated to have him come out. Within one hour I had running water thoughout the house. He was able to cap off the line to make water available for us. He waited until he was sure everything was in working order. He was also very personable and informative. We are very pleased with his service. I would definitely recommend Simply Plumbing.

Very easy to get an appointment. Called on Thursday, and got next available on Tuesday to replace broken toilet. Wes, the owner, called to talk me through model options prior to arrival. They called 30-minutes before arrival on the day of. Wes and Trent were very professional and the new installation looks great. Would very highly recommend them again for any of your plumbing needs.

I made the call to simply plumbing and sewer in the evening, after 6:00pm, left them a voicemail describing a plumbing framework issue that got revealed in the freeze of February 2021. I received a call back shortly that an experienced plumber would get back with me, as soon as possible. And sure enough Wes called me back that same night, and made room in his busy schedule the very next day to come and see the issue that the builder had left behind in the brick wall. Very professional team, with masks, and shoe covers, very reasonable and ethical in their prices and supplies. Cleaned up before leaving. Show cased all their work. Very knowledgeable and licensed plumber indeed.
