I had an incredible experience working with Veronica. Financing a home, particularly a new construction, had far more moving parts than I could have imagined.Thankfully, Veronica guided me every step of the way. She went above and beyond. She advocated for me outside of her responsibilities. I.e. holding contractors, bank representatives, and insurance agents in check.Purchasing a home is a huge liability. It requires having ethical people, like Veronica, to assist naive clients in making a good purchase.

Veronica is professional, intelligent, kind, and truly does go above and beyond. She helped me buy my dream home and guided me every single step of the way, she answered every single question, (no matter how many I asked). I had never purchased a home or knew anyone that had been through this process, but she explained everything in detail and never made me feel like I was wasting her time, on the contrary, I can tell she loves her job because she talks about it with a lot of passion for the subjects regarding it. I have a crazy busy schedule, Veronica worked with my odd schedule and made sure that all my needs were met and exceeded. I can honestly say I impressed on the customer service and her response. From pre-qualifying me and prepared me to make sure I had everything ready to go and was able to make an offer imedietly and with the pre-qualification was able to make sure I did a quick close.
