Melissa Navarro has been by far the best loan officer I have worked with. I trust her with all my clients. She is very detailed and makes sure all my clients end up at the closing table. She takes pride in her work, in making sure they get the best rate, incentives, and best payment for them. She takes her time in making sure they do not run into any problems during the process of getting them approved.
