Lance is the absolute best at what he does. No other way to put it. A fast close, no stress, and everything was taken care of on time or earlier. I wouldnt go anywhere else for mortgage related needs after working with Lance.

Lance at Santa Fe Mortgage is the absolute best! Look no further if you need help with a home loan or anything of the sort. When we bought our home here in Santa Fe we could not have gone through all the processes with the home loan if it wasnt for Lance. He is so attentive and on top of it and really makes himself available for you at every stage. Months after we purchased our home, I had a question for him and even after not being in touch for months he was right there ready to assist me. The people at Santa Fe Mortgage are so professional but also exceptionally kind and... just... the best!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Lance to buy our first home. First, a little context. My partner and I had sold our successful business on the east coast and moved to Santa Fe in late 2020. Having decided we wanted to buy a house, and being first time homebuyers, we started calling mortgage brokers. We had a little problem though - we had plenty of money for a down payment, but because of our self-employment status and the ups and downs of a pandemic year, our income history disqualified us from a traditional mortgage. The first broker I called basically said, “nope.” The second broker I called was luckily Lance Armer. He thoughtfully listened to our situation, and tried to figure out a way to make this work. A kind and generous relative stepped up to co-sign, and Lance helped us figure out a lesser-known and complex way to make the process work. Although Lance was incredibly busy due to the low interest rates and hot local market, he generously and patiently guided us through every step. And along the way, Lance showed his compassionate interest in both our financial and emotional well-being, coaching us through elements of the mortgage process that were important for us to learn about, being first-time homebuyers. Now, several months later, having settled into our new home, we can’t thank Lance and his team at Santa Fe mortgage enough for the care and professionalism they showed throughout the process.
