Ryan singlehandedly saved me and my family from being able to secure financing. We had worked with a previous lender of our own accord whom had run as awry, writing checks their policies couldnt actually cash. And we were up against a deadline on a signed contract. With two other homes in flux and this new home for our family on the line, Ryan was able to save our deal from going south at the last hour. It would be an absolute understatement to say his expertise, professionalism, and timeliness are anything but the best, in all accounts. Hands down Ryan is the best Lender I have ever dealt with. He was never too busy for me or made me feel as if I was asking stupid questions. He took calls and texts from me at all hours.
