However, we quickly realized that that a lot of mortgage lenders werent transparent with their loan/origination fees, point buy-downs and how the loan process worked. Im happy to share that Gabe was by far the most communicative and transparent lender weve spoke to. He took the time to understand our situation and to better serve us. He answered any of our questions almost immediately and never turned down a phone call throughout the whole process (over 3 months!). When Gabe told me that he was going to do a refinance for me on my VA loan and it woundt cost me anything I was skeptical. He paid for all my title insurance, lender costs and everything else and at the end of the day I owed less money on my new loan than I did on my old loan, and got to skip a payment at the same time. All with a lower rate of course. Its not a scam or too good to believe- it works.
