When it comes to mortgages, Ive had several. Most are with a random loan officer at the end of the phone, who doesnt really know you, or your personal situation. Kat meets you in person, learns your individual needs, and works hard to find a loan product thats the best fit. She personally took the time to walk me through how my family could best prepare for the buying process in a special situation - without being pushy to close a deal right away. Five stars for Kat Frisbee! -
