Working with Jess was the best experience ever. She always kept us informed on where we were in the process of purchasing our home. Because of the house market at the time were were submitting several offers and were being out bidded, people were waving inspection and appraisals.Jess kept us focused and would not let us give up. We had an offer that was accepted by the seller got to closing and the seller back out. She was very patient and professional in every way. Im not one to leave reviews for any business but for Jess, Ill make an exception. I started out looking for a home in 2021 with a different lender and it lasted what seemed like forever, then my realtor suggested Jess. I wasnt sure what to expect as it was my first home, When She got on board, she worked with me and made the process real smooth. Im about to purchase my 4th property (early 2022) and I havent had a doubt using her service since the first trial. I highly recommend her.

Jessica was my realtor when we moved to Dallas a few years ago. We were unfamiliar with all the areas and school districts. Jessica took time to show us different areas, inform us about the various school districts and give us insight on which areas were hot, which were built out at capacity and which were growing. We initially wanted to build a home with very specified features and square footage. Jessica went through pros and cons amd what we could get in our budget new vs existing. When we were looking we were settled on Frisco being our area of choice. But Jessica showed us Prosper right next door where homes were new construction as well as a few years old. We found an existing home in Prosper by First Texas Homes which was the exact model we wanted to build in Frisco for a great deal! It was perfect and needed no updates at all on a bigger lot. When we made the offer the listing realtor of the home was very rude and difficult and Jessica really impressed me with how she handled him. She also negotiated us a KILLER deal between final purchase price and closing costs coverage by the owner. Most other realtors would have cow tailed to the other realtors antics, but, Jessica is a boss with a backbone and took care of us! I highly suggest her she is very hardworking and will put YOU her client first.
