Roberto Piñeiro is the person I recommend to my clients when they do not have a loan. One of the things I like the most is that he always answers the phone for any questions or concerns I have. He is fast, efficient and experienced. I have helped several of my clients in Texas and they have all been very happy with their excellent service. From the pre-qualification, he advises you on what documents you need, depending on your economic situation, he offers you the loan that best suits you, he takes his time to explain every detail during the purchase process, he looks for the best terms that benefit the buyer and my favorite part as a Realtor is that he keeps me informed of what is happening at each stage of the loan and makes a great effort so that we can close the transaction BEFORE time. He is professional, honest, patient, bilingual and is licensed to make loans in Texas and Florida.
