What an amazing experience! I was under a tight 1 week turnaround and in need of a new lender after some major issues w a previous one. Heather provide clear, concise and timely communication, made herself available at all times, modified her communication channels and style to fit my needs, and stepped in to mitigate all obstacles that came my way. She made the process stress free, exciting and easy. Did I mention she saved me almost $10k compared to the prior lender!!!! She also sent me a thoughtful and personalized gift after our transaction. I am a customer for life and my girls and I are in our happy home because of the exceptional service she provided.
