Stephanie was truly amazing throughout the loan application process and even after we closed on the house. She was very transparent about the expectations for a new home owner and upfront about what exactly we would need to bring at closing. She always put our best interest first and made sure we were 100% comfortable with the decisions we were making not only ensuring we would buy a house we wanted but one that fit our financial needs. I would absolutely recommend Stephanie and First State Bank and will definitely be using her again for the purchases of our next home. Thank you!

I have been using First State Bank for years. The whole group from Denton to Gainesville are always helpful. All my personal and business dealings are with FSB. Brandon McClesky is not only my banker but my friend. A person who will always be honest with me and has helped on many levels. I can’t thank each of you enough. Watching after my employees, business, and my wife and daughters needs only build a deeper relationship. I hope in some way I can provide FSB the same benefits. Try the bank out if your new to Denton. I have 50 years now and multiple banks i have worked with. It’s the people that matter when you’re looking for a bank. Denton has a many of great banks, I was fortunate to find First State Bank.

This was my first dealing with First State Bank, and it was significant. My mortgage had unique aspects which couldve been a challenge for others, but Robert and team took care of me like family. I can sincerely say that I am looking forward to working with Robert and Adriana again, and would encourage anybody to make FSB and Robert their first call.
