Jon helped us through the entire home buying process and it was seamless. From helping us determine a home price range based on current interest rates, down payment, and where we wanted to be on a mortgage payment. To meeting us at the title company when we signed the papers to make sure every question was answered. We were well informed throughout and every question we had was answered very quickly either by phone, text, or email. Jon got us a construction loan to build a house and then a permanent mortgage after our house was built. This would have never happened without Jon. We are no strangers to mortgage financing, but pulling off a new home build was totally foreign to us. We have student loan debt and had to figure out how to navigate that in the past when buying a home—when we started this construction loan journey, we found out the hard way that rules were different. We were turned down by every lender we contacted. We had used a mortgage broker with our very first home purchase many years back, so we decided to see if that route might work. Luckily, I found Jon’s info simply by googling and looking at reviews. Every review Jon had was stellar, and after dealing with him I understood why. He instantly got us hooked up with a construction loan so we could finally start our house. Once it was finished, he found us the absolute best rate and package available. Jon was also able to get everything tied up and help us close on time for the mortgage, which was not a simple matter given that we had some legal issues pop up due to surveying missteps that had to be resolved. I still don’t know how he pulled this thing off!Heres what you should understand: it helps to have a broker who has relationships with lenders because they will pick up his call and talk to him. You’re not going to get that on your own—use Jon.

I would give Jon Jacobs 10 stars if I could. This was my 3rd home purchase and I can tell you from dealing with other lenders in the past. Jon at Eagle home loans is the absolute best. The home buying process is already stressful and nothing makes it worse than a lender that keeps you in the dark and wont answer or return your calls. Jon not only keeps you updated but he returns your call or text in a timely manner. You are always in the loop with whats going on. He works hard for you and his communication is such a relief.
