This was my first time working with this lender, and they will be on my preferred lender list moving forward. They secured an early closing for my client and negotiated an amazing deal with a great interest rate and assistance toward closing costs. Additionally, we were able to cover all remaining closing costs through the seller, allowing my client to walk away with $1,800 in her pocket at closing. Exceptional service!
