Juanita and her family are amazing! They are very detailed and accomodating. Juanita will make sure to walk you through the steps or just simply explain how the insurance works. Not many agents take the time to explain the process and why its important. Juanita always goes the extra mile to make sure that you understand the information and that the insurance are doing the right thing. Juanita does not hold back on calling the insurance herself. I definitely recommend her to everyone, she is AWESOME!
