When I clicked on the “Instant Quote” button on your website I was surprised how quickly I received a detailed and accurate cleaning price quote, and your prices were surprisingly affordable as well. But the REAL surprise came with how fast a manager and crew came out to look at our offices and proceeded to do one of the most thorough cleaning jobs I have ever seen…they were so polite and helpful too! My bosses and the staff loved how well everything looked. I highly recommend DBM Janitorial for all your commercial cleaning needs, they are the real deal.

Dallas Building Maintenance has been our cleaning company of choice for about three years now and I have been more than satisfied with your quality of work. We have 43 locations in the DFW area and it can be difficult to find a vendor that can accommodate our needs. Since we are a Financial Institution, we have very high security standards and few cleaning companies could meet both our cleaning and high security standards. Our organization has had some very unpleasant experiences with the larger national companies in the past, and it has been a breath of fresh air to have a local company like DBM that cares. Your company has great communication and is always quick to address any concerns that we may have. DBM was the best choice for us! As you can imagine, we are a church in Carrollton with lots of activities. I wear many hats as executive pastor, one area that I do not have to worry about is our janitorial service. Dallas Building Maintenance is a blessing! Our rest rooms are spotless, on Sunday morning the whole building smells clean (they clean predawn on Sunday), and they have great quality control with regular on site visits and calls to assure they are meeting our expectations. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Extremely satisfied with DBM! We have tried TWO other services that couldnt be bothered to show up on schedule and left us in a lurch many times and even when they did show up, they would only clean where the Pope walks as some would say. Switching to DBM has been a breath of fresh air, we have never had to worry about them skipping out on us and when they are here, they do a wonderful job and are always consistent. A manager follows up with me quite often to make sure that we are still happy and they seem to really care about keeping us that way. This is a company that cares about their clients and finding this type of service is hard to come by! Highly recommend!

As a security expert for over 25 years, I can safely say that Dallas Building Maintenance screens and background checks the cleaning crew like no other cleaning company I’ve seen. AMAZING!! That’s all I can say. We are a busy high-tech facility in Plano, Texas. After trying a few other janitorial services- all of whom promised us the world and started off good, but eventually slacked off.. (We had gone through 3 cleaning services in only 1 year…Ugh, what a hassle that was!)
