We had been contacted by so many people wanting to buy our rental, I was very skeptical and decided to respond to one of the calls, was I so glad I did, There were a couple of little bumps in the road, but being to professionals they are Tiffany(sheβs the sweetest) and David (felt like I was talking to a friend) made it a smooth and quick ride. David Hannah and Tiffany Pham were a blessing for us I had been in the same house for over 40 years it ton of work done to it much more than we could afford Tiffany was my contact she and David both showed so much patience with me and helped me get every document I needed helped me and my family move into our new apartment home buy helping with the deposit and everything please if you feel stuck in your run down home dont have the money to fix it or in our case the house had become were you cant live there anymore please reach out to these wonderful people Truly from the bottom of my heart and my familys thank you so much Tiffany and David -
