Criswell Investments what a company!!!I recall needing to sale my house in the Heights because we were moving to California. We started almost a year out going back and forth with it being on the market, off market & within a year with our first realtor but was UNSUCCESSFUL.I decided to call Criswell Investments who solved my problem: He confidently asked me a few questions and said Sir if you take cash we can have this done in two weeks.In exactly two weeks we were signing the paper work at the title company. I love when a company delivers on their promises.Criswell Investments was straight to the point!!! I recommend everyone i know to them because they made my house selling experience easy.

What more can I say, Mr. Jacoby was wonderful.at first I wanted 10,000 for my property.he did not accept my price.he was very persistent on getting it for a lower price.he told me he will give me time to make up my mind that he would call me back.i was remolding it but my health got bad to whereas I couldnt do anything for myself.he call me back several time before I change my mind. He wore me down I decided to give in.we settle on wed and everything went well Im very please with everything.Brenda Boone

Jacobi was very knowledgeable of the property I was interested in. He had all the facts on the school district and how the crime rate was in the area. I really enjoyed my visit he made me at home and peace.

I had a great experience dealing with Jacobi and his team. I cant say enough nice everyone was. No pressure, honest & patient with this Senior for SURE !!! EVERYTHING ENDED WELL!!!!!
