Our experience with ModelMyHome has been superb from start to finish. Jamar and Lori (and the rest of the excellent team) helped us book staging services right away and got everything set up for just a few days after our initial call. They were extremely friendly, responsive, accommodating and reasonable with their quotes. On top of that, the transitional designs that Lori picked for the staging brought our exact ideas to life and exceeded our expectations! We received many compliments and have no doubt that ModelMyHomes beautiful staging and furnishings contributed to us garnering dozens of showings and receiving multiple offers on the home.ModelMyHome is highly reliable and fast moving for scheduling as well. Model My Home staged our home, and it sold quickly for an excellent price! They totally transformed our home and made everything beautiful, as they really know how to present a home so it shows beautifully at it’s best. My husband was equally pleased with the results. In addition, the team was professional and courteous, they customized a package to fit our budget, and they were very easy to work with. Highly recommend their services!! We actually loved MMH so much that after we sold our home, we worked with them again to decorate our new home, and couldn’t be happier. MMH delivers top quality service with beautiful results.

Ive used Model My Home for several years ... When I stage with them . my listings sells normally in one week but 2 weeks at the most .Situations Ive needed help1. every vacant house - these sell quickly when staged.2. replacing some of owners outdated furniture with something more current or neutral ..3. Homes that have stunning furnishings and they just needed a few extras.... a coffee table and a piece of art over the sofa, ..a rug, sitting area in master ,turning a kids game room to an adult billiard style room without the table, and minimal accessories to add warmth to an empty room.4. Re-arranged furniture and took out a few pieces , added grey accents to a golden beige room and the combination of colors made the room feel like a 2019 home5. they are a 5 on all the scores .. They added pay at closing which is a big hit with me because I was ordering and paying and now I can have the owner pay at closing.
