    I cannot recommend Yajahira Valdez enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the process, but she went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, Yajahira was patient, answering every question and addressing all my concerns—no matter how small.Talking about going above and beyond this is were she excelled.She took an active role in my home-buying journey by not only engaging directly with the builder but also doing multiple site visits to my new construction home ensuring everything was being done correctly.     Best place to go too if youre getting a house and its your first time! I DEFINITELY recommend Jennifer Hamilton!!!!I enjoyed every interaction with her as well as how descriptive she was with every detail! She answered all questions without making us feel like they where silly and went above and beyond to assist us in ensuring everything we requested for our house, to be done; all while PREGNANT!     My realtor Yajahira Valdez was nothing but the best I could’ve ask for. She helped me and my husband find our first home, being our first home she made the process absolutely easy and enjoyable without having to stress. Not only did she take care of everything she was available 24/7, my husband and I have a very hectic schedule therefore she was able to accommodate to our schedule and find our perfect home. I highly recommend her as she will listen to you and find what you are looking for. Very profesional and charismatic, couldn’t have had a more perfect experience!

    Summus Realty is by far the best real estate agency in the area. Their agent Jacob Meyers went above and beyond our expectations to assist us in the process of purchasing our first home. Jacob was extremely accommodating to our family! Being military, and currently stationed across the country, he showed us homes however and whenever it was convenient to us. Jacob was not only personable, but knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When we finally decided on a home he was available to answer any of our questions and helpful during every step . Even after closing Jacob was able to help us through the process of setting up utilities and moving in. I would recommend any family, especially military, to purchase a home through Jacob Meyers with Summus Realty.

    It’s a great and I find it fascinating working with KB Realty. They have the best service when it comes to Customer Service delivery. One doesn’t have to be an old customer to obtain a wonderful service from them. Looking for the best realtor, you can’t find any better one, than in KB Reality. They were awesome I tell you.     Highly recommend Summus Realty if you’re thinking of purchasing a home. My husband and I went house hunting with Rene Botello and he was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time on a Sunday to show us different builders and was completely unbiased throughout the whole process. While looking at these homes, we ran into 3-4 different Summus agents and not only did all of them greet us nicely, but they all had plenty of knowledge on the homes and individual floor plans! Summus has been extremely helpful during this whole process. While house hunting can be stressful, Summus makes sure no questions go unanswered and made this process so smooth. Thanks Summus Realty!
