    I found zenpro thru an AD on social media not expecting much, but he responded very promptly for my request to complete a tune up. Usually when companies post specials they try to give you the runaround by not giving quick availability or upsell you on other services. They went the same day within an hour to a rental property and was very transparent with videos and pictures. There was a mixup with the payment which they rectified immediately. If for anything because of his honesty will use them again.

    Zen Pro Air was so professional and informative about the process along with the benefits of having our air ducts cleaned. We remodeled 12 years ago when we bought our house and then again after Harvey. The build up in our air ducts from all the construction had left our home so dusty and we were beginning to have problems with our allergies. He gave me a two fair options from which to choose and when I decided to replace my 15 year old heater, he set up the installment for the very next day. Punctual, cleaned up any materials left behind, time-wise the installment was excellent and an easy link to complete payment.     Absolutely phenomenal experience, I called late Saturday after getting a ridiculous quote from another ac company on a repair/replacement. Zen pro was fast, professional and very flexible with my necessities. I told them the diagnosis from the previous guy that came and checked and he accommodated for my work schedule to best help me get my ac repair taken care of. His price was less than half from that other company and the customer service was terrific, not only did he work very efficiently, he also explained what he was doing and gave me a lot of tips on how to better care for my unit. There is no doubt in my mind I’ll be in touch for any further A/C related needs.

    I would highly recommend Zen pro air. They are professional, reasonably priced, and HONEST. You will not be convinced or pressured to buy something you dont need. I called and they came out and were able to have my AC up and running again within 30 min. I initially called another company and was told to replace my entire unit for 10grand. I will definitely use Zen pro in the future.

    I called Soufiane with Zen Pro looking for an experienced, friendly professional that was growing a business. I found exactly what I was looking for. Soufiane was at my house within 2 hours despite it being a Sunday and went right to work diagnosing the issue.
